Had a brilliant academic career and over 20 years of medical experience. She has established herself as an eminent doctor who believes in humane and personalized care for her patients. She spends time with her patients, showing concern, listening to and sharing their emotions and burdens. It was her vision and zeal that led to the formation of the Nightingales Home Health Services and the Nightingales Medical Trust. Her service to the society is well known. The State Government honoured her services to the community by conferring the prestigious 'Rajyotsava Award' to her. She also received Rotary Service Award.

Mr. S. Premkumar Raja

Holds two Masters Degrees in Social Science. He shared the belief in the cause and joined Dr. Radha Murthy in starting Nightingales. He has about 20 years of experience as a community welfare and health care administrator. Mr. Raja has planned and successfully implemented various innovative social and health care projects all over India
